YOUR DELIVERY PERSON WILL NOT KNOW WHAT YOU PURCHASED.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We are not responsible for late or lost packages due to the shipping carrier and/or the shipping carrier's policies.
Orders placed before 12pm EST will be shipped the same day.
Once your order ships, we are unable to make changes to your order or cancel/ recall the package.
• All orders are billed discreetly using our corporate parent name, "CFast.org"
• All packages are shipped in a plain, unmarked package with "CFast.org" as the return address.
• The word "condom" or "CondomsFast" will not appear anywhere on the exterior of the package.
A few notes for a successful delivery:
- Please triple check your address. Orders returned as undeliverable will be charged shipping for redelivery once the package is returned to us. This can take up to 14 days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Bulk cases of 500 condoms or more are not eligible for free shipping.
ABOUT FREE SHIPPING (USA ONLY)
Orders qualifying for FREE shipping are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Parcel Post only. To qualify for FREE shipping, cart subtotal must be a minimum of $69 after coupon codes are applied, and the FREE shipping option must be selected at checkout. FREE shipping is available in the contiguous U.S. states, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Military APO/FPO addresses only. Some products are excluded from FREE shipping, please see product page for details. FREE SHIPPING ORDERS ARE ALL TRACKABLE AND YOU WILL RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER! Wholesale BULK Cases and 1/2 Cases are EXCLUDED FROM FREE SHIPPING. Shipping cost will be added to those products.

International Shipping Information
CondomsFast.com offers its products across the globe. When placing an International order please understand that the order MUST BE SHIPPED TO THE CREDIT CARD HOLDERS BILLING ADDRESS. All international shipments are verified before shipping with either Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
A few notes for a successful international delivery:
- WE ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL ON ORDERS SHIPPED TO THE USA, CANADA AND THE UNITED KINGDOM.
- Customer is responsible for "Taxes" or "Duty" and any Customs Fees due to your country.
- Customs will hold your order until you pay any Taxes due to your country.
- Orders Shipped to Canada will be labeled "Health Devices"
- Orders Shipped to the UK will be labeled "Condoms" There is NO VAT on condoms shipped to the United Kingdom
- All other countries will be labeled "Beauty Aids"
- WE DO NOT SHIP TO GHANA, NIGERIA, RUSSIA, or any Former USSR Country
- International Shipments take 1 day additional for order processing so if you order today your order will ship the Next Business Day.
Final delivery of International packages is handled by the postal service of the recipient's country. By placing an order, you are assuming full responsibility for any risks associated with placing an international order, including but not limited to, customs delays, lost or stolen packages, and any additional fees or taxes imposed by the destination country. By placing an order, you understand that you have been advised to carefully consider the risks involved before placing an international order and agree to hold CondomsFast.com and its parent company(ies) harmless.
In the event that your order is incorrect, incomplete, or if you receive a defective product, we will make it right. Please reach out via our Customer Support Portal with your order number, within 15 Days, and provide us with details about the issue. We will make every effort to respond within 1 business day and correct any issues.
Unhappy with what you purchased? Unfortunately Due to the nature of the products we sell, we have a zero return policy. We sell products that cant be resold. Unlike other companies online (IE: Amazon), we will NOT accept returns and Resell products. Not only does that violate any ethical standards, its also a GROSS misconduct issue and risks our customers health. Our number one priority is the health and safety of our staff and our customers. You can feel confident that you will not receive any products that have previously sold to and returned by someone else.
